Room Rental Fees
There is a room charge for the use of any function space.
The rates are decided depending on your group size and event discription.
Room charges include the use of an overhead projector with screen, flip charts with markers, and microphone.

A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the date and time of your function. Charges will be based on this guarantee or the actual guest count, whichever is greater. All private functions must be paid in advance.
Audio visual equipment requirements must be specified to our Sales Department in advance.
Basic audiovisual rental fees are listed below. Additional items can be provided upon request.
- TV/VCR $35.00
- LCD Unit $450.00
- Overhead projector with screen $ 40.00
- Cordless microphone / speakers $ 30.00
All food and beverage served on premises must be provided by the hotel. Menu planning, room set up and other pertinent details must be arranged at least 14 days prior to the event. All food and beverage items and services are subject to a customary 18% service charge and 6.25% Massachusetts State Sales Tax. We prepare 5% over your guarantee number.
