Bar & Grille'S FOOD SERVICE MANAGER iRASEMA MENDOZA
We
are proud to announce our newest addition to the Heritage House
Family Irasema Mendoza, the new Food Service manager. Ira began
her culinary adventures in Southern California and has honed her
craft in various locations throughout Europe and learned from some
of the worlds most renound chefs from various countries including
Lebanon and France. Using these influences, Ira made her way to
Cape Cod 11 years ago and started her own award winning restaurant,
“Ay, Caramba!” winning
titles in both Yankee Magazine and Cape Cod Life. Continuing
on her culinary path, Ira has tastefully blended her own flavor
with the unique Cape Cod cuisine Chauncy's has to offer. Come in
and enjoy Ira's Classic Prime Rib Au Jus or enjoy her Crabcake with
Chipotle Cream Sauce topped with Pineapple Salsa. We are excited
